Genie's Three Wishes

Genie’s Three Wishes
A genie lands in the midpoint of the story  you have just read and grants the two  main characters
three wishes.
What do they wish for and why?
Finally, would their wishes have changed anything about the story?  How so?
Again think about the cause and effect relationship and how this may have altered the path of the book
you have been reading.
Percy Jackson and The Sea Of Monsters
By Rick Riordan

In my story at the moment, the 2 main characters Percy Jackson and Annabeth Chase are
fighting for their camp, friend, and life and death. Their camp half-blood borders are being
broken down. A poison is killing Thalia’s tree which protects the camp from monsters.
Thalias and three others traveled from halfway around the world to make it at this camp till
Thalia was killed by Cyclops. Her life was born into a tree that now protects the camp.
But since the tree was poisoned the camp is dying the centaur friend is being fired and Percy’s
best friend is going to die!

The three wishes that the main characters would wish for would be to get the golden fleece,
save Grover, and destroy Kronos. The reason for the fleece is that it can cure anything,
even people that are dead so it can cure Thalia’s tree that is dying and it would get Chiron
his job back. Chiron is getting blamed for the poison of the tree so once the tree is cured
Chiron is back.. To destroy Kronos is because he would destroy the universe if he escaped
from Tarturas, and save Grover the satyr because Grover is Percys and Annabeth's closest
friends. He also has saved their lives multiple times as well.

The way this would affect the book is basically ending the book right there. They were supposed
to go on the quest to get the fleece, save Grover, and destroy Kronos. So yeah, all done.
Also, a lot is happening in the story right now. But would you believe that I am only in chapter 3
out of 24?

  1. Hi Aamaria,
Well done on your thorough answer. It sounds like you are really enjoying the book. Was it hard to come up with the three wishes - or are they the desired outcomes for the characters? Only 21 chapters to go :)

    1. I have read the book. The answers weren't hard to come up with either.
