Room 5's Glacier Camp

WALT:Recount our camp

I enjoyed most about this writing is that I have used one of my goals in this from this other blog post and used it

I found most challenging is that I had to write allot of work I wanted to do

To be BTB I could have more exciting words

On Thursday I was bursting with excitement.My heart was pounding.I finally got to the starting of my out of town camp.There I found out I was in a group with Antonia and Zoe.We headed out we first stop at Ross to have a toilet break and to stretch.

After that we went  to the Glaciers we had to wait for a while.Finally the tour guides came out there names were Jamie and Gethan.

Then we went for the big walk the walk was about 3 hours.Once we entered I saw amazing views.The tour guide stopped us and taught us fascinating things.We got up to are first Waterfall it was amazing we drank fresh water out of the Waterfall then all of a sudden I was scorching it felt like I was TNT just about to explode.Me and the girls slumped in the shade and flicked our lunch box’s open. I ate my food like it was the last food I'd ever eat.

After that we set off again I was boiling again.Suddenly I saw this really cool rock.The rock could make finger paint all you do is put either spit or water then rub. Lastly we crossed over rushing rivers.

Next we went back to the information centre.Got in our cars and was heading to Fox Glacier.Me,Zoe,and Antonia jumped out of the car when we got to Fox.We played on this playground.I made some great friends but only one of them told us their names.We played camouflage and hide and seek.

After we had to come in for tea I had 2 sausages and lettuce.Finally we had an amazing pudding I had cookies and cream with chocolate eggs and chocolate M&M's.

Then I had a explosive fun at are mini disco we played limbo,musical chairs,and musical statues.After that we went to bed.I told the story of the DEAD HOUSE.The girls loved the story.
